How do I sign up for the Robinhood Class Action?

Robinhood users filed a class-action lawsuit in New York (November 2021) following the company's recent data breach. 

• On November 8th, Robinhood, Inc announced that on November 3rd, a hacker "socially engineered a customer support employee by phone and obtained access to certain customer support systems" - Robinhood Blog
• The personal information of 7 million users was leaked, with varied amounts and types of data exposed. According to Robinhood, the majority of those affected had their email addresses and/or names revealed. Only roughly 300 people's names, dates of birth, and ZIP codes were exposed. About ten clients' "more detailed account details" were stolen.

There is currently no agreement on a settlement, and claim forms are unavailable. Mitena is keeping track of the settlement's development and will keep our users informed.
